We offer basic medical, dental, and vision insurance through nationally recognized plans. H2IT pays 80% of an employee’s medical insurance monthly premiums.
H2IT covers 100% of Term Life Insurance up to $50K. Additional coverage can be obtained through supplemental insurance. We also cover 100% of employee Short-Term and Long-Term Disability coverage which pays 60% of your earnings.
Upon start date employees are able to participate in our company 401(k) retirement plan (Traditional & Roth) with Nationwide.
After 6 months of employment, employee can participate in tuition reimbursement programs to help offset the cost of education and training. It doesn’t have to be a full university degreed program. There are plenty of certificate programs and specific training conferences that can be included.
